will seeds with dark mold spots grow

I grew some in 2010,, with a bit of black mold on them,, they germed ok,, and grew well, till the weather turned bad ,, that was a bad and cold summer,, but the plants never bounced back,, after the cold spell,, doubt it was the mold,, but can't say fer sure ,,

I've grown moldy ones. Usually the mold is on the seed coat only and does not affect the all important insides

some 3% should help before you hide them in the dirt..
