Subject: ideal temperature and humidity/ greenhouse folks?

was wondering what the ideal temperature and humidity level is for an AG. Thought maybe some folks who grow in greenhouses may have thought about this. thanks.

also, if ideal temp for photosynthesis is around 85F (not sure if that is correct), at what temps (lower and higher) does photosynthesis really start to drop off significantly?

Hi pete,85/86 is the upper limit.Above that they respire.

pete ,, the son and I messed around a couple yrs back, in northern utah,, tryed to keep humidity in the 25 to 40 % range,, fruit grew great,, we covered plants at night to hold it in,, not greenhouse , mind you,, but the plant developed a bit of mildew, so a funguscide would be good to apply,, we are not HH's by any means ,, just still trying to learn, my thoughts,, curt

...looks scientific, to apply the Gaussian broadening to the above mentioned optimum which is centered at about 85F.
