Has anyone tried roasting AG seeds before? How did they taste?

You probably can´t get any better seed for that purpose. Haven´t roasted them, but even without the heat treatment they are pretty tasty. Unfortunately, I can´t tell much of a difference between the various crosses, I had tried some from open pollinations.

To much shell....if you want seeds for eating go with a naked seed variety like Lady Godiva, Kakhai, or triple treat

Like eating binding twine. The shells a very thick. If you use systemics I wouldn't do it.
Taste is good if you can crack the shell and eat the kernal but a lot of work.
