Cool to come home and watch Dave and Ron on t.v. on dvr the same day Fox News Chicago visited Bengtsons Farm and started the segment off with my 1354 and ken sweets 1479.

Always a funny feeling when I see myself or my pumpkins on the boob tube. Lol. We have had nice exposure this year in Illinois with the weigh off segment hitting the airwaves 2 weeks ago and this follow up piece showing off the big'ns too. More growers catching fever this year and hopefully many more in Illinois as the word gets out. Exciting times in Illinois growing.

thanks guys.....with 100,000s of people that will visit Bengtsons this month and this t.v. exposure, the big pumpkins are becoming a regular expected attraction. it is cool to watch this thing slowly grow here. very excited about having a winter and spring meeting and helping all these newbies crush their personal bests. anyone from illinois or close by is wecome to come talk pumpkins at our informal meetings over pizza and beer. we will post meeting dates and times when we figure them out.
