Tuesday 10/16 on the "Live with Kelly & Micheal" show ABC network (formerly the Regis & Kelly show) There will also be special guest appearances from:

This is a first as the network noticed that the growers of the GPC do much more than pumpkins. They approached us to do a feature show & tell with the other categories we do (The sunflower was a bonus). As we proceed forward as a cohesive team the sky is the limit as we become more main stream & the feature of all fall feature TV & streaming video.

The following day Ron will again be featured on "The Chew" on ABC 10/17 so please check your local listings for broadcast times let's show our support for Ron & this amazing hobby/sport!!!!

Tell all your friends & neighbors this will be must see TV so please set your Tivo to catch all the action!!!!!

I can not tell you how humbled I am by the generosity of the growers to go above & beyond the call of duty to entrust the GPC with their record setting entries to help promote all growers world wide. The GPC can not thank you enough for entrusting us with the fruits of your labor you are truly the reason we do this!!!!!

i think as this annual ny city/ botanical gardens/ gpc promotional show continues to grow that green squash should also be on display in some form.
it would seem they are now expanding the coverage of other contest items as well.
