John is doing fine. He may grow again someday. We get together every once in awhile for lunch. I periodically cleanup old user accounts but right now there are over 10,000 accounts in the system. I estimate that there have been over 20,000 created since 1999. We had no idea whatsoever that this site would be around this long and become an important part of the Giant Pumpkin growing hobby.
