Although her pumpkin weighed light (OTT 287 - 530#) at 444#, she was pleased that the pinhole healed (1/32" deep) and that this year she got not only her personal best, but third place instead of the past two years of 4th...Thanks once again to all of you for your help...and NEVER give up on dill ring pinholes (and use the q-tips and bandaids...apparently they helped!!!).

Good to hear!! Mine made it through somehow, but another week she would have been rotted through.Than God they moved pumpkinfest back 1 week!!!
