The first place prize of $5000 sponsored by the Bengtson Family will stand. Unfortunately due to a reduction of revenue from seeds sales and seed auctions, compounded by recent notification that some of our sponsors from the past are no longer able to afford donating to the weighoff, the prize structure that the IGPGA will be offering will be reduced. Plain and simple we did our best to canvas other businesses to make up the difference, but we fell short. We have been fighting until the end but feel we need to make every grower planning on attending our event aware of the new prize structure with time to alter their decisions on where to weigh themIafter seeing the new prize structure list.
1. 5000
2. 1500
3. 700
4. 400
5. 200
6. 100
7. 50

50 dollars Howard Dill Award

Sorry for the delayed info....but we did our best. Thanks.
