Doe a pumpkin continue to grow even when the CC measurments seem to be at a stand still. Ive always gotten a heavy pumpkin when thi has happened. Has anyone had a pumpkin go really heavy after the growth seems to drop and does the pumpkin put weight on the inside when it appears that its stopped growing.

Last year had a kin stop growing at 650 pounds end of August.According to measurement this never increased at all after that. Went to weigh off and had an official weight of 764. It is either thickening inside or moisture capacity.(so, keep watering it) I really don't care what caused the extra weight but it was a pleasant surprise as you can imagine. Good luck!!!
