I seen that on the news, if that happened to me and I found out who done it I would beat the living crap out of them!!! That kind of shit don't set well with me all that hard work and time that you can't get back. There are some people out there that completely jackasses they get some kind of thrill out of it or thinks it's fun. Better not come around my place I always have a loaded gun not to far out of reach. I'm sorry for your loss I sure hope you find who done that

Thanks Steve. My neighbor was telling me about it this morning. I don't have TV so I don't see the news. All I could think of was the stupid things I did as a kid and how this must have crushed this gal. Don't know why people do stuff like this. No sense to it. When whoever did this grows up they will realise how stupid they were.

The lady is 93. She may not be around next year to grow more giants. She should at least have pumpkins for this Halloween and some monetary compensation for her loss.

I will drive my pumpkin up there after the weigh off. Its not huge but maybe it will make her smile.

I cannot think of a better use for my first year's fruit. Then my twin girls will stop arguing over which one gets to carve it :D
