Are you shading the fruit? Prior to pollinating and after

You could also place a fan in front of the ice packs and blow cool air on your new baby.

Do it as soon as the sun comes up when the blossom first opens while it is still cool outside. Shade the blossom from the sun. Make sure the plant is getting plenty of water. You can put ice bags around the blossom area and cover to keep the area cool. Build a support with a tarp and keep the pumpkin in the shade while it's growing.

In addition to the above, water soak a 5 foot radius (or more) around the fruit. Keep that dirt as cool as possible.

I shade them, have frozen gallons of water next to them and have a fan blowing on them. I have 2 left as well and we are well over 100 the next few days. I'm pretty nervous right now cause if these go, I'm done.

Richard, looking at your pics I see yellowing leaves. It looks like you could quite possibly have a disease in your patch. If that's the case it will be tough to set a pumpkin.

I guess I will put ice bags/bottles around the pumpkin at night. The plant with the yellow leaves is for pollinating, (they are some of the 1st leaves though) then pulled, it is not the plant I am having trouble setting a pumpkin on. Thanks for the answers.
