Has anyone ever successfully grown one of these to full term. I have one that is the only fruit on the main vine and growing well after 10 days.

if its the only one on the main then you will probably need to roll the dice with it.
i would suggest setting another on the main if possible or one on a side vine because many time (not always) a deformed lobe area means increased possibility of blossom splitting.
