My cat or a cat took a shit on my main vine, I was lucky to see the flies, so I took a look and the vine was rotting. I made a peroxide and water mix, washed the vine then I pulled back the leaf so it would get some sun.Today it split three inches.I was going to leave it one more day till its dry, and then put wax on it. Can someone please give me an idea how to fill this gap.

You don't want to try to fill the gap, if you can keep it dry and clean it should heal over. You first want to make sure all of the rot is cut out, then rinse the area with peroxide. You may need to drill a small hole in the bottom of the vine to let any excess liquid drain out if necessary. Keep a fan blowing on it 24/7 for at least a few days and check it often to make sure the rot hasn't returned. Cover it when it is going to rain for the rest of the season but uncover it the rest of the time so it can air out. Good luck, vine rot can be a bitch.

I would clean the area with bleach. Scrub it with an old tooth brush getting off all the lose crap. After its bleached put a fan on it and monitor it . The secret is to get the rot off and give it the best chances to scar over.
