I had my first female bloom at ten feet out, but my male flowers just stay small and dont bloom. a few secondarys seem stunted as well. would a bloom booseter fertilizer help this? we have had some heavy rains and the flowers and seconds got dirty .does that stunt their growth at all?

I have had this happen. In my case it was too much nitrogen. Do the female petals look twisted?

Try some foliar phosphorous. A product like TKO should help

Plant stress, Too much nitrogen, or not enough Phosphorus, boron, zinc or ?????
Did you do a soil test? Without that you are just guessing and adding things could make it worse.
TKO is a PHOSPHITE not a Phosphorus, so they work differently, I'm not sure it would aid in flower production at all, but I could be wrong.

There is the possiblity that the plant is sterile. I have a plant that I'm monitoring that is acting the same way and I have my suspicions that it may be sterile. None of the tiny males develop. There is a female that'll open in about a week, so we'll see if it takes or aborts. What seed are you growing?

<----- In the exact same boat. Added some bloom buster a couple days ago, no effect yet. Geeze I hope it's not sterile!
