How many days do you have to try to keep new pollination cool before it will be ok when you have 90+ degree heat?

I usually shade the female for a few days prior to pollination and then seven days after to keep it cool. That has worked for me. I always pollinate on really hot days but haven't had any trouble getting them to take in the past using that technique (knock on wood).

Using a car windshield reflector over the pollination. I go to Wally World and buy a few to create a reflective dome over the baby. You wouldnt believe how much cooler this makes it. ALso wrap the with a cloth with towel underneath. Towel is to keep the wabbitZ from scraping their teethZ on the young kin.
