Both my 1495 and 904 SteltZ plants are not as BIG so far. Just wondering if this is their background, Ill ask El PreZidente'? My 904 has a very yellow main and iZ even yellow orange is spotZ...nice and thick, 1370 side perhapZ) Ill get some pics out. Both look nice a healthy, Im kinda thinking both are tending to favor the 904 side...

What have others done if you have grown one.....

Thanks and.......

I'm growing the 1495. Biggest plant & thickest base so far. Main is bright yellow the entire length of vine.

Wizzy if the leaf canopies are low on those plants do not worry as on my last years 1495 the leaf canopy was low and the leaves wern't real big but the kin grew em big.

my 1807 Stelts plant is measuring 420 inches already at day 20, I'm worried I might not be able to load it come weigh off time because I dont think I will be able to get a sky rise crane in my area here to lift it, also , only that I dont think i can get a 18 wheel flat bed truck into my back field with out getting it stuck.

I've got the same problem with my Stelts 1807. I was thinking of growing the pumpkin right on a flat bed truck.

Hello Wiz . I'm growing the 1495. It started out very slow but since the warmer weather has arrived it has taking off at 12 to 14 ft now pollinated 1st female this morning crossed with 991 Urena and has very yellow to orange colored vines. Hoping for a big n orange pumpkin!

My 1495 was also slow at the start BUT it's moving now.
The main is green with no hint of orange or yellow in the vines. I'm pleased with it so far.

the biggest surprise is the 1789 (the Freak)

My 1495 vines has a purplish, blue gray color to it, and if the sun hits it just right it almost looks like a rainbow.

Both last years and this years 1495 were and are a bit slow but Trust me they should make you proud by the end if the season.

1789 and 1495 started out slow for me, but they are kicking it into high gear now.

My 1789 had a rough start but is just showing signs of what it can do. Could be fun to watch.
