4 inches of rain Sunday night, 9 inches in the last week, 15 inches in May, and it is raining again today. the surface of the patch is underwater, but the planting mounds are little islands. The 50+mph wind gusts tore up my row cover. We had dime sized hail Monday night. I can't do anything in the patch without sinking over my boots and we may have frost tonight and tomorrow. and I thought my second year would be easier!

We just got 3/10 of inch of rain last night. It was the first rain in weeks, and the temps have been in the mid 90s. There for a while i thought i was living in Florida again... Crazy weather this year

I know how you feel Ben.I'm near Thunder Bay Ontario about 20 miles north of the border.Thunder Bay was pretty much shut down yesterday,thousands of homes and businesses flooded,schools closed,lots of roads washed out,even the trans canada highway was washed out in several spots.Still in a state of emergency.
Recieved abit of sunshine this morning.Now it's raining again.Suppose to clear up tomorrow,then get cold.
Patch is very wet.Half still has puddles on it.Can't wait for sunshine!

It rained all the way from mpls to canadian border this past week, then rained for three days while I was there, good thing I like rain, the misquitos are going to be everywhere this year!
