No! This little guy is just trying to make you nervous. At the very early stage of plant growth there´s basically nothing in the little plant which could buffer environmental imbalances (temperature ups and downs, a bit too much or too little water...and a tiny bit of leaf might get dry or sunburnt quite easily, will wilt a bit and will shrink here and continue to grow there, and will eventually look deformed), whereas a larger plant should be able to cope with much more of a disturbance. The second true leaf looks fine, and the third one might look even better.
