Does pinching off an early female in a less desirable location increase the chance of a female further down vs pollinating ?

This is just my opinion and experience over the past 8 years...I dont pinch any off, pollinate them, you can always pollinate the next and cull the earlier female off, if you pinch them off and something drastic happens where you dont have any females, or you have females and no male flowers ready, it could cost you your season (yes I've seen this happen. I will usually pollinate three on a plant and cull down to one, give yourself options, dont limit yourself. I also dont feel that there are any undesirable locations, if you put a 90° bend in the main, you open up an area around the fruit where you can work on it.
