I have read some about them on here but never paid much attention because it was never a problem I had. I have a plant now that looks like it is putting out two flowers at every other leaf node. So far it has just the one main and is only putting out one secondary at each leaf node. One section of the vine does look like it could possibly be 2 vines fused together but I am not possitive that it is. Is this likely a double vine?
I Tried to take some photos but my camera doesn't do too well with close ups. Posted the best photo at the end of my diary and waiting for approval.
Sounds like there are mixed reviews on weather you can grow big on a double vine.

Flat or ribbon vines start out as a double vine but keep mutating to triple and worse.A true double vine will split into two normal vines or worsen.Multiple flowers at a node is common and seperate from flat vines. If you see two leaves at a node at the same time watch out.

I'm in the same boat. My 525 is my most agressive but throwing out double everything at each node. Crappy thing is I only have 2 plants.

Here is my photo its a little out of focus. I think it is only throwing double flowers and its not at every node. The first 2 leaves are normal. The third has two flowers, the 4th is normal, the 5th has 2 flowers and the sixth looks normal so far. I will have to check again when I get home and see if it is throwing out double leaves.

I don't think two flowers is a problem. Two leaves is a problem, but not two flowers.

It looks like there are leaves forming off of the stems of the extra flowers.
