im so unlucky bill i may start tearing up my tickets right at the counter as i buy them.

i cant tell you how many raffle tickets i bought over the years trying to win a new harley davidson.i may as well have torn them up as well.

as noted the winner was from newport ri. probably one of those richie rich buggers anyway.

3 type of people normally seem to win the lottory.

1. People who have more then enough money already and dont need it.

2. The handicap who wont be able to enjoy it.

3. The elderly who wont have enough time to enjoy it.
