Don didn't the Hotel have to release a second block of rooms??? Will there be a third if needed or should people get signed up ASAP so they get the discount

yes correct they released a second block and extended it til feb 10 after that prices will go up.

lunch is included on saturday with the $ 95 registration
awards dinner is $ 45
feb 10 food orders will go in reserve yours before its to late

i know ive mentioned it a few times. just want to be clear
2 weeks before event food numbers are sent in and ordered

So After the 10th of Feb. you can still register for the conference but will most likely have to pay more for your rooms.
Also after the 10th, you will miss the option for the Awards dinner as the Hotel needs the time to plan the dinner service.
