Santa's grandfathered in, he's exempt from all liability, zoning, entry without invite or warrant, OSHA, FAA and FTC regs, and the TSA. Try telling your homeowner's insurance you had a hit and run with the chimney and scrape up the poo and compost it. Really good stuff for your patch.

I had a hot fire going in my chimney. All I heard was "oh pooh ! I'm burning up ! Rudolph, get me outta here !" I wish that fire had been out though; all Santa left me were a few small lumps of coal.
