Thanks to all of you who donated seed, etc. to the Wyoming County 4-H Pumpkin-Giant Veggie Competition. The weather made things difficult for the kids.. But they did it!! Here are the winners! To see the pics please go to today's Batavia Daily News.

WARSAW — The Wyoming County 4-H Giant Vegetable weigh-in was held Saturday at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office in Warsaw.
The following is a list of this year’s winners:
Giant Pumpkins:
1. Katie Fisher, Warsaw — 207 pounds
2. Colton Raiber, Arcade — 106 pounds
3. Preston Skillman, Arcade — 75 pounds
4. Chalmers Wolcott, Wyoming — 66 pounds
5. Emma Russell, Arcade — 11 pounds
Giant Sunflowers:
1. Joe Fisher, Warsaw — 17 inches
2. Katie Fisher, Warsaw— 16.5 inches
3. Josh Spicer, Pavilion — 15 inches
4. Abby Skillman, Arcade — 13.5 inches
5. Alexa Wolcott, Wyoming — 13.25 inches
6. Preston Skillman, Arcade — 13 inches
7. Hannah Spicer, Pavilion — 12 inches
