Does anyone have any info on this seed. I recieved this seed last year 845x940 \the cross is all i know about the seed. did anyone have any luck with this seed? thanks for any info,color shape, year? Ed

I have that seed too..it may have come with my video. I think the 296 is actually 296" which is the OTT. Cross looks interesting but I'm not sure if anyone has even tried it yet.

I planted that seed last year. 296 refers to the OTT inches, I think it was never weighed.
For me it was an aggressive plant, but it developed a "split double flat" vine. I had a fruit growing on it, and I believe it was my fastest ever growing fruit until the plant went down in mid-August to some sort of fungal disease.
All in all, a pretty mixed bag. If you have room for other plants, not having all your eggs in one basket... maybe give it a try? Good luck.
