I was bidding on the mother seed of the 2106 Schmidt and someone chimed in on how the plant did for them. Could that person contact me as I would like to know some particulars on how the plant grew etc.I was caught up in getting that seed and don't remember who made the comment.I did get both sets of that seed. e-mail me tim.hebb@yahoo.com.....I grew the 2106 seed last year and really liked the color / size/ and how the plant grew. I could not score another 2106 so I figured the mother of that seed would be the next best step.

I grew the 1385 h/j in 2017. With a very late pollination date I grew a 704 pounder on a secondary. The shape wasn’t great and color was a decent orange. The plant was in a wet part of my patch and after a couple rainy weather events it had trouble growing secondaries but overall it was a great plant with no issues. Those 1385’s almost always go light. I have 3 2106 seeds if you’re interested in any trades? Thanks

Jay don't tell people that ;) the 1385 that grew our 1600 was the healthiest plant we have ever had into October even with the colder temps at night she kept putting on weight. We picked at 110 days and I'm sure it would have gained more.

Jay, I don't have much in the way of trades (this only being my third year growing competitively) I have a few green squash varieties from Germany maybe an extra seed or two from the 2017 Clementz seeds and some odds and ends.
