what do You think of this seed?

154 Afeltowicz (840 Desrosiers x self)
840 is 805 Pukos x self , and 805 is very good seed, so I think that seeds from 154 can be simmilar to those from 805. What do you think?

Problem that I see is that the 840 could only manage a 400 pound fruit this season, and a lot of people grew the seed. I wouldn't plant it, there are better ones out there.

Hey Brian, I was in the 840 contest and never took the time ( plus I was busy feeding our 978 )to post my info and grew one a little over 650 lbs. That plus I set fruit on the 840 plant on July 23rd. Weighed on a certified scale also. Sure I should of posted but more of that type of contest will loom in future growing seasons.
