Curious about this seed with the 609 Laemmle 89 genetics, which was a very long pumpkin.....talk about snout. Also appears to carry in forward a bit. I am wanting to mate this with the 714 Ciliberto......thoughts.....
The 609 looks almost freakish long.....

Was a hot seed at one time. Got a reputation for being a splitter. Big but splitters.

Wiz, it is a splitter as Don said, my 792 was grown off the 825.5 last year, there are picks in my diary I believe.

the 908.5 Creuziger is the seed you want for good 825 genetics.

I haven't planted it. However, it looks great on paper. The cross is 825 Shymanski x 705 Stelts. It is the largest 825 offspring that I'm aware of, it didn't split, and it weighed heavy to the charts.

Maybe I should have checked the records. The 1025 and 972 look like interesting crosses, but I don't know whether they split. The 908 has slightly more 825 in its ancestry than the 1025 or 972 because of the 705 Stelts.
