Are you sure this image was taken in 2004?
According to AGGC Winston did have a 1089.5 in 2003 that looks suspiciously similar to this pumpkin. Given the scratch in this 1084, maybe it was previously weighed at Canfield, moved, weighed again (5 lbs lighter) & then placed on display where this image was taken?

hmm not sure why i never considered that the date on the guy's camera could be a year off!! i was just going off the "10-30-2004" in the corner.

yeah "nick" checked out the aggc pic and did some rib counting (since "i" am not on the aggc).
but yeah, i think you're right!!
i'm pretending i cant hear you brooks; i'm good at ignoring unruly students' comments. lol.
