Question is some had marking on them? SOme not? Written in black magic marker......Please Advise

all of my 1302 seeds were numbered. i believe you have one. 1370 rose x 810 dill is the cross.

Sometimes growers initial seeds when they receive them, or put the weight on them, I started doing that, especially when a seed comes from someone other than the grower, easier to keep track of. Sounds like you have a 1370 that came to you second or third hand, and someone along the line marked the seed

i misunderstood your post earlier. there was no writing on the 1370 i planted and none on the ones i have now. but like eddy said, i have marked seeds with the weight just in case they get seperated from the package.

I've had several 1370s right from Jerry. No writing on any I've seen.

Steve, since you said the ''ones'' you have meaning two, go ahead and send me one of them since we would all hate for that seed to sit the bench this year, it needs to play in the ball game instead of ride the bench,LOL

I talked with the owner of the seed and yes he did write the weight on them when he gets them in case they fall out of the envelope. Actually a good idea that I will use too when I get ready to plant in case the little ones get mixed up.......
