Hi,
Does anyone know anything about the 1010 Hester '05(offspring weights, etc.?)
I know the cross is 898 x 845. Is this seed just a well-kept secret?

i grew it last year, amazing plant but blew it up at 400 est. early aug. put on some terrible stuff. had a 41 lb gain.did this to all 4 of my pumkin plants would grow it again

I grew the same cross only from t ciliberto my first yr & got 872 with minimun knowladge & lots of mistakes, the cross is one that seems to grow long time for a large weight gain by the finish, only its also risky as far as splits on dill ring, but if you do win the gamble its in my opinion every bit as good or better than 1068 ,

Grew the 1003 Vanhoutte this year, looks like a decent seed.
