I understand "abcd" x self is the male pollinating the female on the same plant. I hope that is correct. What is "abcd" x "Sib" ???

abcd grew two of the same seeds and crossed them. sib=sibling.

For example: someone grew two 1068 Wallace 03 plants (let's say the Wallaces did). They pollinated the female of plant one with the a male from plant two. The cross is then 1068 (1) x 1068 (2) or 1068 x sib.

Great example, oil!!! The Wallaces grew two 1068 seeds, and pollinated the plant that grew the 1450, with pollen from the other plant. Is this correct? Peace, Wayne

Yep, that is correct. Oh and by-the-way, the little 1068 plant that was used as the pollinator, well, it just so happen, grew the new world record pumpkin. It was the 1502's plant! Bam! Lol, BF

Hannah's and Lexie are different grandaughters, who I took the liberty in using their names in the auctions. I have purchased a couple of the Wallace collections at auctions and would like to thank them. Is there an e-mail address that could be shared. I'm learning a wealth of information on this site. I appreciate the information sharing.
Thanks,
R One S One my other name.
