my "one too many pumpkin" females are yellow.i thought this type was c-pepo .was i wrong?i tried to cross this plants male flower with a c- pepo pumpkin (green females),but no luck.i might add that i know how to pollinate a flower.

one too many pumpkin grow yellow with darker orange stipes on them. they don't grow like field pumpkins going from green to orange. i grew a few last year and liked them very much. pretty cool looking ornamentals.

I didn't realize that the one too many was because they look like bloodshot eyes. ive a got a couple going somwhere in the weeds.
