the 1173 is the poor mans 1068, and thats not intended as an insult. its a great seed thats already been proven a couple times over by its owner. all it needs now is for people to get it in the ground. if you can not get your hands on a 1068 then you have a proven big time seed in freds 1173. also, many of you joined our southern new england giant pumpkin growers during our past december seed promo and membership drive received a 1228 jutras. (1068 wallace crossed with 842 a eaton. ( another big time cross we will heavily planted in new england this season.

Pap, Did you mean the 1295 Jutras rather than the 1228 Jutras. Didn't the 1228 not have many seeds. I wish I had a 1228. Great potential.
