Does burying the vines also help control the squash vine borer in the main vine, or will they follow the leaves into the ground where the main vine is buried?

Site search and keywords work great. For this one try "svb" or "burying" or a combination. Then just scroll down to message board discussions.

Quick answers: burying helps with SVB's, they very often go in on the leaf stalks or the big bottom veins of the leaves. Some help, not alot. AleX Noel.
