My pumpkin was a 640.6 pounds (it was weighed about 18 days after harvest)
640.4 DeBacco '04 (DMG) (F: 958 T. Ciliberto '03 X M: 856 H. Dill '03)
The 958 T. Ciliberto '03 was (F: 898 Knauss '01 X M: 845 Bobier '00)
The 856 H. Dill '03 was (F: 846 Calai '99 X M: 810 Dill '99)
Going back four generations there is only one pumpkin the same. It was the 567.5 Mombert '92.
I have not planted any of the seeds because the pumpkin itself had some green on the stem end and sides and the 856 Dill grew a white pumpkin, which surprised me based on the background.

[Disregard the caption which reads, 'hole in the blossom end' the pumpkin was soild. It was harvested around Labor Day and I got the seeds in late October. They are viable based on my germination tests.]
I like to grow for orange so I do not plan on planting any of the seeds next year. If this seems like a seed you would like to try, e-mail me.
Thanks for looking:-)

Very strange ; thats excact same cross i did , I grew a 872.5 my first yr on the 958 t ciliberto & pollenated with a 856 h dill !! I did grow it this yr but it grew so fast it split at 500 lbs on day 33 but had a nice shape & was very orange , it kept growing & had an ott of 730- but weighted 760 not bad for a spliter ,, If it didnt split no telling where it would have gone surly over 1000, probly between 1100---1200???
