The 692 Dill 04 is a 1016 x 805. Did he grow two of them in one year?

Brad, The Dill's did a sibb cross of the 1016 Delatas in 2004. Therefore, they grew at least two 1016 plants in my estimation.

It was for sale last year by Dills Atlantic Giant Premium seed sales. I wonder how many were planted and how they did?

I planted two 692 Dill 04. One of them aborted about three or four pumpkins at 100 lbs. Never produced anything. The other ended up growing a 354 lber. I must admit that pretty much everything that could go wrong went wrong so I wasn't displeased with the results.
We had very poor weather, hail ripped off all of the leaves, it was in partial shade and the main vine had split at the root at an early stage due to wind.
I have the 692 on my backup list for next year.

The plant that aborted everything was a very aggressive plant and still looks as if it was just planted, no decay at all.
