After loading my pumpkin this evening I was wondering if many pumpkins have went over 20% to the charts. I don't think it's 20%, but she's heavy.............Paul

Paul If my very very bad memory serves me right i think that Alun Jones's 1997 743 (Off of my 1996 662) was something like 21.5 % over est. Alun, chime in here will ya and just confirm and/or correct me on this. Regards Mike

Thanks for the reply Mike, Mine was est. at 325 lbs & weighed 384 lbs. It was 18% heavy...not bad I guess for a plant that basically grew leafless for the last 8 1/2 weeks. It est. around 45 lbs when the leaves were stripped off. I guess the symbrew really did it's job.

The AGGC lists numerous fruit that have gone 20% or better. It's not "everyday common", but there have been quite a few as I remember.

My 721.5 04 was 19% heavy...It was bean bag chair shaped.
