How is everyone doing with their 1068 Wallace plant/fruit? I'd be interested in 30 day measurments from anyone who has them. Thanks!

Mine taped out 243" OTT at 30 days. It's a lumpy, bumpy look'in fruit, but I think I'm going to keep it:-)

Well, my 1068 has been a bit of a disapointment. The seed struggled to germinate. then the plant had low vigor. I transplanted it out late and then the stump split. I planted a back up beside it and contimplated pulling it. Ron Wallace e-mailed me and suggested I "hold on". The plant got severe heat dammaged during the first week of July and killed the growing point on the main and several secondaries. I was able to pollinate a fruit on the main out about 12feet. The whole plant cant be 200 ft2. The fruit is white and irregular and covered with uggly blemishes. Ott on day 37 is 206". I will probably leave it "just for fun"

Went down hard with Bacterial Wilt early. Was a nice growing plant. It took off fast. My whole patch has it. It has been a difficult year.
