i have a plant that is throwing squash what else could i pollinate with it??????????????? LUFFA (my first choice) CUCUMBER OKRA CANTALOUPE i know some of ya guys REALLY know this stuff so i thought id ask

hmmm... Can tell ya that the Okra is most definantly an entirely different species - that won't work..
Cucumber - related.. so might work. Believe that Luffa is also a related squash/gourd type - so might work..
I've been eyeballing my Cantaloupe as well (for experimental GP pollination - just to see...) I haven't delved into it - but from their phenotype and growth habbits - they are probably part of the same family.. But their flowers are too small to tie shut... I'll find out next year - since they're planted next to the GPs and squash and are open-pollinated. I might have some weird cantaloupe next year **grin**

It is highly unlikely that any of the crops listed would cross pollinate.
Self pollinate & the Green Team will be knocking on your door this winter looking for seeds.

I'm guessing that its gonna be light green with dark green stripes, and turn orange later on.
