Yes! You can get seeds from my '04 869.5 Calai x self cross at seedoutlet.com. I grew a half dozen "jack-o-lanterns" on the plant instead of trying to grow one big one, but the genetics are there to grow a biggie. You can find it under the Genetic Cross section of seedoutlet.com.

Ned's was a 689.5 lb. beauty that he was kind enough to share seeds with me from. A first time grower friend of mine grew a very deep orange, nice round 321 lb. on a secondary vine with very little care or attention. Ned's seed has great potential and will be grown again in Vancouver in a few spots.

The Ice Man was giving away his 869.5 Calai x 808 Beachy (same cross as 869.5)from last year. See his post on the seed exchange board last fall.

There are similar type crosses out there, including an Andy Wolf seed that is 658 Wolf '03 (846 calai x self) x 801 Stelts 97. I forget the actual weight of the fruit, but the cross is nearly the same.

yep. 425 wolf 04 (658 wolf x 801 stelts)
i'll be planting it this year. if you want to plant it, let me know. no collectors, as i'm down to a handfull of seeds, and there weren't many to start with.
my 658 was a selfed 846 calai.
it was grown once that i know of, and i had a 425 and 243 on the same plant. both were pollinated with the 801. the 658 plant was the only one i didn't have problems with last year. didn't do too shabby for being planted under a tree, either.
