So, Rookie Move , adjusted main vine while pollinating my female this morning. Barely moved it and it cracked/ snapped half off ... should I tie it off at this point or will it seal itself?

Did you snap it before or after your pollination(s)?

It won’t seal itself back together but will heal if protected...our first 1000lber had at crack like like halfway through the vine...that was our third year and broke it the same way so don’t feel bad...it happens....This early in the game I wouldn’t hesitate to train a new main from the last secondary...pics always help

I break a tip just about every year it seems. If it's connected enough to contribute, leave it on, otherwise cut it and let the plant recover.

Always better to move vines later in the day, vines get a bit softer and more pliable. I agree with Pork chop, it will not seal back, just callous over. If you keep it, best to dust it with some fungicide just to be safe, disease season is fast approaching. Good Luck!

Captan works good. I also make a paste with it, add a little water and I brush it on all my stem wounds and vine cuts.

ag vines have 5 vascular bundles(normal ones) so if you cracked it you likely severed 2 or three of them.If thats the case I'd cut the cracked end off and train like chop suggested. If the pumpkin is before the crack you should go with it if if its after or the stem is continuous with the crack I wouldnt go with it.
