definately melons.high heat during pumpkin pollination time is a huge problem.once pollinated though? if you keep the plant watered and the pumpkin shaded from the hot sun you will be ok. dont be afraid to grow either. they just need different attention at different times during the season.

Most plants shut down at 90 degrees.Melons seem to shut down at 95 degrees
