Reverse cross (800 McMullen) should deliver the same genetics (the very same parent plants) if you want to save a few hundred

There will be one available in the Vermont Growers auction in January. Typically, great seeds go for a discount in our auction.

Make a note, just in case Eddie Z or someone else doesn't give you one before then.

I crossed the 800 and 2145 back into each other. One of them being 800 x 2145 and the 2145 grew Cindys 2002. AKA "Death Star"

Looking thru the giant list on GPC, there seems to be a lot of 2145 crosses made, w/incredible results!!! As the agent for J&J Van Hook, I would look into those crosses w/2145 & bid more than you can actually afford...because all of J&J VanHooks are, I think at least 15% over the chart!!! I am going to call it quits on growing giant pumpkins I just can't give them the time it takes. So I will be selling my seed collection to recoup the money I have spent on seed auctions I have a 2145 800 McMullen 1960 Barron etc lots of good seed . In the next couple of week I will put a complete list of seeds together
