Having a very hard time with figuring out why my plants are exhibiting white splotches and then ends burning.

Images below, copy and paste them if you cant click them. Not sure if potassium def or mildew or what. I have plants in several different mediums testing different soils and they all show white spots that start to burn a week later. Any advice would be great.
