Just try and keep it dry, fans sulphur powder etc.

Had something like splits in the stem happen in 2011, and the pumpkin didn´t mind at all, it grew and grew my 2011 PB.

Now I´m looking at such splits in a much more relaxed way. As long as there are stem splits only, not stem end splits of the pumpkin, I don´t have sleepless nights.
