Looks like powdery mildew to me

Hard to tell at this stage. The very light edges might benefit from some molybdenum. The micro-micros can affect things in small ways, also the ph. But maybe everything is perfect and its just age. I cant tell what the white spots are but you'll want to keep an eye on things.

Agree. The way that one white patch is concentrated under the other leaf is a red flag for powdery mildew.

Agree it's PM. Daconil will prevent new spots but will not kill what's already there.

Eagle 20 and daconil would have prevented the powdery mildew, daconil will only prevent new establishments at this point but Eagle 20 will kill whats there, disappear the spots, and prevent new establishments. Keep notes on dates for next year and spray weeks prior to arrival. As far as yellow dots go, appears to be downey mildew which Eagle 20 helps fight but usually requires another frac # fungicide like quintec or manzate. They come with summer storms up the east coast from down south, one of two migrations, the second comes from the west, finger lakes migration. Check your local universities for info and migration dates as well as suggested fungicides for your area

Its a northeast thing that storms carry up the coast as downy mildew can’t overwinter in our zone. I start spraying the last week of June. Daconil every other week and eagle once a month with a daconil treatment for the remainder of season

One more thing…. Check underside of leaves for aphids, they tend to attack when powdery mildew weakens the plants immune response. If you see ants, look closely as the ants farm the aphids to collect the honeydew.
