I am 90% sure that is just cold damage. You need to figure out a way to keep your plants warm at night. Don't worry about nutrients at this point, just temperature. Everything is a learning experience so don't beat yourself up too bad.

Needs fertilizer, ammonium sulfate is your best bet! Been there before, thats a plant that has no sulfer. No sulfer = no proteins, no chlorophyl = looks exactly like that!

I think it's the cold soil preventing nutrient uptake I'll try foliar spray of Epsom salts and humic acids today
