I had a very similar crack last season. I rolled with it and had a pumpkin grow at a respectable rate (slower than my two best pumpkins) but it ultimately went down on me around 800lbs. Not saying that's why it went down. My crack was also around June 25 so you have way more time to retrain a main if you're so inclined. I know this isn't much help just my experience with it last year. Kill all those cucumber beetles before they get to me. Good luck!

What % of the vine would you guess has been cracked through?

I'd say it's about 1/3 or less that's cracked

My 2 cents: I would keep that vine but gradually turn it to make it a "secondary", and then grow your pumpkin on a healthy true secondary. Remember the 2749 WR was grown on a tertiary so don't feel bad about not growing on the main. That crack will most likely heal but we're early enough that I'd rather just train a secondary to be my new main.
