I would send the whole plant to the lab.
Then you can get to the bottom of what's been going on.

Hey man. I am thinking of doing that. I think it would tell me a lot I think. I am curious on if this Sulfur will help first. Id rather wait a week before cutting leaves off but I will definitely get a tissue test in if I don't see any improvements. This is super frustrating. I hope to figure out this issue so I can prevent this in the future

Chris, Not a bad idea at all. I am thinking of doing that if I don't see any improvements by the weekend. Time will tell hopefully!

Not for sure but wouldn't rule out a fungal issue. fungicide? for sure lighten up watering and increase air flow, lowering humidity and temp could help.
